Fairways St. Patrick's Day Dining
March 17th | Lunch & Dinner: Enjoy a St. Patrick’s Day feast at Fairways with classic Irish flavors done right. The Corned Beef & Cabbage features slow braised corned beef brisket with tender cabbage, new potatoes, and a touch of grain mustard. Pair it with a lively Irish whiskey cocktail brightened with green apple and citrus for a crisp, festive finish.

Hosted at Fairways, overlooking the iconic banyan tree and championship greens, the experience blends elevated contemporary American cuisine with the effortless elegance of golf and leisure.
St. Patrick's Day at Cascade
March 17th, All Day: Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Cascade with a festive Irish inspired offering full of classic flavor. The Dublin Roast Beef Sandwich features tender roast beef, Irish cheddar, grain mustard aioli, and caramelized onions on toasted rye. A bright Irish whiskey cocktail with fresh green apple and citrus notes adds a refreshing, celebratory finish.
Easter Brunch
April 5th, 10 AM – 2 PM: Celebrate Easter with an elegant brunch at Fontana, featuring seasonal favorites and refined flavors. Enjoy mini quiches, Easter cinnamon rolls, carrot cake French toast with candied pecans, bone-in glazed ham, and crabcake benedict finished with key lime hollandaise. Live Fire Wine Dinner
Fairways Terrace, March 18th, 6 PM – 9 PM: Travel the world through flame and flavor at this seated five-course wine dinner, featuring open-fire–inspired dishes from all over the map, each expertly paired with bold, juicy red and rosé wines. The journey begins in Sonora, Mexico, moves through the Mediterranean and Argentina, fires up in Texas, and finishes on a sweet note in the Caribbean.
A Spirited Century Cocktail Pairing Experience
April 23rd, 6 PM – 8 PM: Slip into the clandestine glamour of the Roaring Twenties with an evening of prohibition-inspired cocktails thoughtfully paired with refined small plates. GableStage Presents Prayer for the French Republic
